There's been weeks I've worked 60+ hours and don't notice much difference in my pay checks. People that were hired after me make close to what I do. More and more expectations are demanded with less pay, resource and payroll to do it, Many people in leadership positions have not earned the right to be there. We are often forced to clock out to meet legal requirements but end up working off the clock. The hours are very demanding and and make work life balance extremely difficult. Men are also promoted more than women despite tenure, experience and or performance. The culture of Kays/Signet had dramatically changed over the last few years, Women are consistently paid less than men for the same position. ![]()
